Frankfort Chamber To Host Meet The Candidates Event

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce will host a Meet the Candidates event on March 11 at CD&ME, 23320 La Grange Road, in Frankfort. The event provides an opportunity for local residents to meet the candidates running for Frankfort Mayor and Village Trustees, hear about their positions, and ask questions that matter most to the community, the Chamber said in a release.

The event will begin at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5:15 p.m. Candidates in attendance will include mayoral candidates Keith Ogle and Justin Ozinga, as well as Village Trustee candidates Michael Leddin, Todd Morgan, Dan Rossi and Gene Savaria.

Only questions submitted in advance will be asked during the Q&A, the Chamber said. Community members are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time via the Google form. While not all submitted questions may be asked due to time constraints, all questions will be shared with the candidates.

The event is free, open to the public and no registration is required.
