Frankfort Fall Fest 2018: When, Where To Watch The Parade
Find out what route Sunday's procession will take and what the weather will be like.

FRANKFORT, IL — The second day of the Frankfort Fall Festival doesn't just mean more time to check out the hundreds of artisans and vendors who will be at the Labor Day event. It also means it's time for the festival's annual parade.
Stepping off at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, the parade begins at Pacific and Maple streets, moving east on Pacific, north on Oak Street, east on Utah Street, north on Ash Street, west on Nebraska Street, and it ends on Locust Street. No entry to the village's downtown will be allowed from 12:45 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Marla Krippel, a longtime Frankfort Chamber of Commerce staffer who has worked at the chamber for two decades, will be the parade's grand marshal this year. The weather Sunday is expected to be partly sunny, with 30 percent chance of rain, mainly before 7 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. The high temperature will be near 87.
