Frankforter Oktoberfest Returns For Its Second Year

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Restaurant Association will host its second annual Frankforter Oktoberfest on Oct. 10 and Oct. 11 at Breidert Green in downtown Frankfort.

Festivities will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Guests can enjoy live music, authentic Oktoberfest food, a Kids Zone, themed activities and more. Live music will include The Bratwurst Brothers on Friday night, and Bruce Korosa, The Frankfort Brass Band, and Die Kellerknaben Polka Band Quartet on Saturday.

Multiple contests are planned including a stein holding contest, hammerschlagen and a hot dog eating contest.
