Frankfort's Cop On A Rooftop Set For May 16

FRANKFORT, IL — The annual Cop on a Rooftop fundraiser event is set for May 16, and you will be able to spot Frankfort Police officers at the Dunkin' at 20551 S. La Grange Road.

The department said the fundraiser runs from 5 a.m. to noon. All proceeds go to Special Olympics Illinois and help athletes compete.

A $20 donation will get you a 2025 Special Olympics T-shirt, according to the department.

This is the 22nd anniversary of the partnership of Dunkin' and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois. According to SOI, nearly $10 million has been riased in Illinois.
