Lincoln-Way East Boys Bowling Advances To Sectionals

Sectionals will be held on Saturday at Palos Lanes in Palos Hills.

FRANKFORT, IL — Thanks to its second-place finish at regional competition, the Lincoln-Way East High School boys bowling team will advance to sectionals.

According to IHSA, the team scored 6,082 points, finishing behind first-place Andrew High School. Lincoln-Way West High School finished third, and Lincoln-Way Central finished fourth, and will also advance to sectionals.

Sectionals will be held on Saturday at Palos Lanes in Palos Hills.

Those who advance from sectionals will compete in the state final tournament on Jan. 26-27 at St. Clair Bowl in O'Fallon.
