The Griffins won 45-0 against Stevenson. Next up, the team will play Loyola Academy on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Lincoln-Way East. Lincoln-Way East is 12-0 and is the no. 1 seed, while Loyola Academy is 10-2, according to IHSA. The winner of Saturday's game will play the winner of York vs. Naperville Central in the state championship game on Nov. 30 at Hancock Stadium in Normal.
