Lincoln-Way East High School 2024 Football Schedule Released

FRANKFORT, IL — In just a few days, local high school football players will be taking to the gridiron as practices can officially start on Aug. 12.

A nine-game regular season runs through the end of October, before culminating with the Illinois High School Association Football State Finals (Nov. 29-30) at Hancock Stadium on the campus of Illinois State University in Normal. The IHSA will be celebrating its 50th state championship games.

Here is a look at the 2024 schedule for Lincoln-Way East High School, courtesy of IHSA:

Week 1: 7:30 p.m., Aug. 30, home vs. Maine South (non-conference)
Week 2: 2 p.m., Sept. 7, vs. Specially Fit Academy from Dover, Florida (non-conference)
Week 3: 6 p.m., Sept. 13, home vs. Stagg (non-conference)
Week 4: 7 p.m., Sept. 20, away at Naperville North (conference)
Week 5: 7 p.m., Sept. 27, home vs. Homewood-Flossmoor (conference)
Week 6: 7 p.m., Oct. 4, away at Neuqua Valley (conference)
Week 7: 7 p.m., Oct. 11, home vs. Lockport (conference)
