Monee Man Cited For DUI During Traffic Stop

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Vehicle Break-In

Items were reported stolen Sept. 20 from an unlocked vehicle parked in a business lot in the 10000 block of Lincoln Highway.

DUI

Juvenal Bahena, 51, 0f Elgin, was cited for driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 and improper lane use during a traffic stop at around 9:30 p.m. Sept. 23, near Sauk Trail and 80th Avenue. His next court date is Nov. 6.

Warrant

Brian D. Assink, 38, of the 24300 block of South Pine Ridge Rive, Monee, was served an outstanding Will County warrant.
