Rustic Knead Now Open In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — Rustic Knead is now open in Frankfort; the cafe opened its doors last week at 7 N. White St.

This is the second location for the cafe, which offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries. Rustic Knead also has a location in Lemont.

"Just like the Lemont area, Frankfort is a great community to partner with and call home," owner Richard Kruczak told Patch.

Rustic Knead offers seating inside, and also has several catering packages. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch, and hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

"The Village of Frankfort has been very welcoming – was very professional [and] organized during the construction process and easy to work with, the residents are supportive and encouraging, [it is a] great fit for our concept," Kruczak said.
