St. Mary Catholic School Inducts National Junior Honor Society Members
St. Mary celebrated the newest members of their National Junior Honor Society at mass amongst students, faculty and staff, and families.

On October 23, 2024, St. Mary Catholic School celebrated a special Mass where the newest members of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) were announced. This newly established club at St. Mary honors students who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to service. Among those present were Dr. Michele Engelman, Principal of St. Mary Catholic School; Mrs. Michelle Huizinga, Assistant Principal; Parochial Vicar Fr. Sam Conforti; and Mrs. Tracy Cokinos, NJHS Moderator.
Mrs. Tracy Cokinos, NJHS Moderator, said, "The National Junior Honor Society reflects our core values at St. Mary. We are proud of these students for their dedication to their academics, their leadership within our school community, and their willingness to serve others. I am excited to start this new club and watch these young leaders grow as they contribute to our school and community. They truly embody what it means to be a Titan.”
Dr. Michele Engelman, Principal of St. Mary Catholic School, also shared her thoughts on this new club “Our new NJHS members represent the highest standards of character and achievement, and we look forward to seeing their continued growth and contributions."
St. Mary Catholic School is proud to announce the newest members of the National Junior Honor Society: Lillian Butler, Harper Caswick, Vincent Esquivel, Gracie Fuss, Thomas Hadley Gavin Jansky, Eva Johnson, Gianna Kettwig, Jake Lauzze, Annabelle Makiejus, Tyler Masloroff, Mckenna Mason, Jack McCarthy, Grace Plankinton, Ruth Pluchar, Grace Prskalo, Nolan Puralewski, Ryan Rimkus, and Marcysia Szaflarski.
