Suspects Filled Bags With Cosmetics During Retail Theft: Frankfort PD
Officers responded to Walgreens, 9554 W. Lincoln Highway, at 3 p.m. on Saturday for a "past-tense retail theft," police said.
FRANKFORT, IL — Two people filled bags with cosmetics and left without paying at a Frankfort Walgreens on Saturday, Frankfort Police told Patch.
Officers responded to Walgreens, 9554 W. Lincoln Highway, at 3 p.m. Saturday for a "past-tense retail theft," police said. An employee told police that three hours earlier, two people walked into the store and filled bags with cosmetics and left without paying.
The case remains under investigation.

A similar incident was reported in New Lenox, and a Chicago man and a juvenile were charged with retail theft and burglary.
New Lenox Police said the New Lenox incident and Frankfort one may be related, but Frankfort Police would not confirm the connection, stating the case is still under investigation.
