Village of Frankfort Free Senior Breakfast Set For Sept. 21

Seating is limited, and those interested in attending should RSVP by Sept. 16.

FRANKFORT, IL — It's almost time for the Village of Frankfort's Senior Breakfast, where seniors ages 62 and older will be treated to a free breakfast and have a chance to hear about important community updates, helpful tips and resources.

The Senior Breakfast is scheduled for 8 a.m. Sept. 21 at the Village Administration Building, 432 W. Nebraska St. Seating is limited, so the Village is asking those interested in attending to RSVP to Village of Frankfort Event Coordinator Sue Lynchey by Sept. 16.

Kup A Joe Café will cater a deluxe breakfast that will include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, doughnuts and coffee, according to Lynchey.

On the agenda for the Senior Breakfast is a welcome from Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle, a presentation of police services and updates from Frankfort Police Chief Leanne Chelepis, and a Q&A with Village department heads and some Village Board of Trustees members.
