Playhouse 38 Opens Auditions For Upcoming Play 'The Inseparables'
Adults of all skill levels are invited to audition for the spring production at Geneva Park District's community theater.
GENEVA, IL — Geneva Park District's Playhouse 38 is auditioning for its upcoming play, "The Inseparables," set to be performed in mid-March.
The community theater, located at 710 Western Ave., will host auditions at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 14 for the "hilarious comedy." Adults 18 years and older are invited to try out — no experience is necessary, and all skill levels are welcome.
Anyone interested in auditioning should prepare a 1-2 minute dialogue or be ready to read from the script.

"The Inseparables" will follow a group of actors who decide to stage a new adaptation of "The Three Musketeers," except they're not as prepared as they should be. Veteran Playhouse 38 director Alex Simko is overseeing the production.
Rehearsals will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from Jan. 19 to March 12.

There is no cost to register as a performer. Those auditioning should register ahead of time to receive a timeslot. Walk-ins will be welcome and will be slotted in as early as possible, the park district said in a news release.
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. March 13-14 and 3 p.m. March 15. Tickets, which will go on sale Feb. 13, will cost $15 in advance or $20 day-of.
