DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A man was arrested in Downers Grove Thursday after police say he exposed himself to two children in Glen Ellyn in September. Matthew T. Morgan was charged with sexual exploitation of a child under 13 in connection with the incident. On the afternoon of Sept. 6, police were called to the vicinity of Sunset Park after two children reported that a man <a href="https://patch.com/illinois/glenellyn/man-exposed-himself-children-glen-ellyn-cops" target="_blank">exposed his genitals</a> to them as they were on their way home from school. Morgan was arrested Thursday after an investigation and the issuing of an arrest warrant. He is set to appear in court Dec. 1.
