College Of DuPage Cancels Classes Amid Snow Storm Warning
Students and staff of College of DuPage were slated to attend virtually Friday into Saturday as a predicted snowstorm loomed.
GLEN ELLYN, IL — Classes were canceled Friday at College of DuPage amid a winter storm warning from the National Weather Service that was in effect until 12 p.m. Saturday. Students and staff were slated to participate virtually through Saturday, per the college's website.
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter storm warning Thursday evening for the greater Chicago area. In DuPage County, over eight inches of snowfall were possible, according to NWS.
District 87 classes were also canceled for Friday.

The expected snowstorm comes after winter weather Monday and Tuesday brought more than three inches of snow to nearby Darien and surrounding areas.
