3 Charged with Mob Action and Criminal Damage on Milwaukee Ave.

In a separate incident, a Chicago man was arrested for pot possession and resisting arrest.

Possession Cannabis / Resisting Arrest

DeAngelo T. Horton, 37, of the 7300 block of N. Greenview in Chicago, was arrested June 7 at 10:30 p.m. in the 9700 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with Possession of Cannabis (10-30 grams) and Resisting a Peace Officer. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a July 16 court date.

Criminal Damage to Property

The following people were arrested in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Ave.at 3 a.m. June 8 and charged with Criminal Damage to Property and Mob Action:

  • Cristian Salgado, 19, of the 4400 block of W. Altgeld St. in Chicago
  • Moyses Salinas-Catalan, 20, of the 1600 block of N. Monticello Ave. in Chicago
  • Pedro Calderon, 20, of the 4400 block of W. Altgeld St. in Chicago

All three were held pending transport to bond court.

Retail Theft

Ron Richter, 24, of the 3200 block of Potter Rd. in Glenview, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. June 8 and charged with Retail Theft for an incident which occurred in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Rd. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a July 11 court date.

No Valid Driver’s License

Israel Valdez-Juarez, 26, of the 1600 block of Elizabeth Ave. in North Chicago, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. June 5 in the 1900 block of Lehigh Ave. and charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Fail to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. He was released on a $1,500 D-Bond with a July 16 court date.

Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License

Javier Trejo-Coba, 34, of the 300 block of 102nd Pl. in Chicago, was arrested at 2 p.m. June 2 in the 2900 block of Patriot Blvd. and charged with Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Fail to Yield-Left Turn. He was released on a $2,000 D-Bond with a June 23 court date.
