GLENVIEW, IL — The Life Church of Glenview is remembering the life of head usher William M. Rosado, 64, who passed away March 27 at Northwest Community Hospital after testing positive for the coronavirus.

A total of 43 parishioners came down with coronavirus symptoms following a March 15 service, leaders of the church announced via Facebook last week. Some of those parishioners later tested positive.

"We continue to keep in prayer those from our church community who became ill following our March 15 service, which had about 80 people in attendance," the church said in a statement. "Some tested positive for COVID-19 and others have had symptoms but have not yet tested for the virus. We are thankful to learn that many are on the road to recovery, and we keep in prayer those who are still fighting the virus. We are grateful for the outpouring of support from church leaders and trust God for continued healing."
