Golf Course Improvements Could Ease Glenview Flooding

The Glenview Park District, in cooperation with the Village of Glenview, has been working on a plan to renovate the Glenview Park Golf Club course at 800 Shermer Rd., which could also assist in storm water management on the course and even ease flooding in surrounding neighborhoods, according to the village.

The public and golfers are invited to share input on the project at a meeting Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Room at Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave.
