The following is from the Village of Northbrook:
The Village received notification from the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT)
that it is currently anticipated that Willow Road will be open to four lanes of traffic by the end of
September.
Work continues with the State’s contractor pouring new pavement and installing new traffic
signals. The timing of the completion of this project is contingent upon relocation of a few utilities and
weather conditions
