3 Fox Lake Officers Suspended for Jail Cell Choking Incident

Three Fox Lake police officers have accepted responsibility and discipline for a jail-cell incident involving a man who was arrested for public intoxication, according to the Fox Lake Village administrator.
Fox Lake released the video on Friday showing the man being choked by a police officer while his hands were cuffed behind his back. Three officers have been suspended for 10, 16 and 30 days, respectively. A fourth denies any responsibility and matters are pending with him.
