DUIs, Domestic Batteries, More: Lake County Arrests

LAKE COUNTY, IL — Lake County sheriff's officials regularly release information about the arrests they make. Those listed below were arrested between Monday, Dec. 16, and Sunday, Dec. 22. Charges listed are solely charges, not indications of guilt.

Monday, Dec. 16

Authorities arrested Sywanda Neal-Evrich, 20, of Lakemoor, in the 400 block of Rt. 22 in Barrington on charges of domestic battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

Authorities arrested Dariusz M. Czop, 24, of Lake Zurich, at Rt. 83 and Rt. 22 in Long Grove on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Tuesday, Dec. 17

Authorities arrested Shaun M. Wagner, 36, of Beach Park, on the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road on warrant charges of harassment by electronic communication and criminal damage to property.

Authorities arrested Erica Cowans, 38, of Long Beach, California, at Rt. 173 and Lewis Avenue in Zion on a charge of aggravated speeding.

Authorities arrested Christopher J. Anderson, 38, of Hawthorn Woods, at Rt. 83 and Rt. 22 in Long Grove on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Wednesday, Dec. 18

Authorities arrested Cameron Nokes, 29, of the 1400 block of Pine Grove Avenue in Round Lake Beach on a charge of failure of a sex offender to report an address change.

Thursday, Dec. 19

Authorities arrested Noah Drane, 65, of Gurnee, in the 34400 block of Almond Road in Gurnee on a domestic battery charge.

Authorities arrested Claudia Fernandez, 31, of Zion, in the 13100 block of 27th Place in Zion on a warrant charge of theft.

Authorities arrested Brandon April 34, of Benton, Kentucky, in the 11200 block of W. Wadsworth Road in Beach Park on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

Authorities arrested Caroline Bailon-Bahena, 36, of Lake Zurich, in the 400 block of Rt. 22 in Barrington on a charge of battery.

Authorities arrested John Williams, 19, of Waukegan, in the 2400 block of N. McAree Road in Waukegan on a warrant charge of aggravated assault and aggravated fleeing and eluding police.

Friday, Dec. 20

Authorities arrested Lewis Kaplan, 68, of Deerfield in the 25900 block of Riverwoods Road in Mettawa on a charge of retail theft.

Authorities arrested Berry Fey, 49, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, at Rt. 45 and Rt. 173 in Old Mill Creek on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Authorities arrested Katie Collins, 32, of Trevor, Wisconsin, in the 23300 block of W. Grass Lake Road in Lake Villa on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.

Authorities arrested Alexa Walsh, 24, of Round Lake Beach at Hutchins Road and Stearns School Road in Gurnee on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Authorities arrested Brian Miller, 35, of Fox Lake, at Rt. 134 and Wilson Road in Ingleside on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Authorities arrested Hector Esquivel, 27, of Waukegan at Washington Street and Hillview Lane in Gurnee on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Saturday, Dec. 21

Authorities arrested Whitney Waddell, 29, of Antioch, in the 26500 block of Catalpa Road in Antioch on a charge of violation of an order of protection.

Authorities arrested Dana Lewis, 41, of Beach Park, in the 40600 block of N. Green Bay Road in Beach Park on a charge of violation of an order of protection.

Authorities arrested John Carley, 59, of Antioch, in the 43200 block of Grandview Terrace in Antioch on a charge of aggravated assault.

Authorities arrested Thomas Lembo, 53, of South Hampton, New Jersey, in the 1000 block of N. Westmoreland Road in Lake Forest on a warrant charge of failure to appear for violation of a protective order.

Authorities arrested Jessika Meyer, 23, of McHenry, at Rt. 59 and Bald Eagle Road in Antioch on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Authorities arrested Christopher Kuehl, 45, of North Barrington, in the 500 block of Christopher Drive in North Barrington on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Authorities arrested Samantha Welch, 32, of Zion, at Rt. 41 and Wadsworth Road in Wadsworth on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sunday, Dec. 22

Authorities arrested Michael Falco, 53, of Grayslake, in the 33200 block of Greentree Road in Grayslake on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.

Authorities arrested Jesus Marin, 33, of Waukegan in the 38300 block of N. Sheridan Road in Beach Park on a domestic battery charge.

Authorities arrested Julio Carrizal, 31, of Hanover Park at Lake Cook Road and Ela Road in Deer Park on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities arrested Jimmy Pasillas, 21, of Waukegan in the 37800 block of N. Sheridan Road in Beach Park on charges of disorderly conduct by misuse of 911, disorderly conduct by threatening a 911 dispatcher and obstructing identification.
