Girl, 17, Dies After Visiting Grayslake Dental Clinic

GRAYSLAKE, IL — A 17-year-old girl has died after visiting a dental clinic in Grayslake, according to reports.

Local emergency crews took Sophia Farmer, of Spring Grove, from the clinic at 875 E. Washington Street to Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge, where she died Thursday, the Daily Herald is reporting. No details surrounding what caused her death are immediately available.

Northern Lakes Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center is located at the address where Farmer visited prior to her death.
