Grayslake Dog n Suds Closed Following Blaze: Fire Officials
The fire broke out early Saturday at the local business.
GRAYSLAKE, IL — The Dog n Suds in Grayslake has temporarily closed its doors following an early morning fire.
The Grayslake Fire District responded to the blaze at the business, which is located at 454 Center Street in Grayslake, at about 3:45 a.m.. Fire crews first at the scene determined the blaze started in the rear of the building, according to a news release from the fires district.
No one was injured, and the business sustained an estimated $120,000 in damages, according to fire officials.

In a post on Facebook Saturday, Grayslake Dog n Suds owners announced the business would be closed temporarily following the fire.
"The Grayslake Dog n Suds suffered an early morning fire. Thankfully no one was hurt. The fire has rendered us non-operational for an undetermined period of time," according to the post.

The business will reopen but it's unclear at this point when Dog n Suds will be back up and running, according to the post.
