IA Man Arrested In Zion For Fatal Hit And Run, More Crime Reports
Lake County Sheriff's office crime reports for the end of February 2020 include a warrant arrest for a man wanted in Iowa.
LAKE COUNTY, IL β The Lake County Sheriff's office responded to several crime incidents in recent days:
Disorderly conduct
Arthur A. Cal, 38, from the 200 block of Terra Firma Lane, in Volo, was arrested on Feb. 25 at his home on accusations of disorderly conduct. Cal's bond is set at 10 percent of $200,000. The sheriff's office lists Cal's court date as scheduled for March 18.

DUI β alcohol (felony), other offenses
Lamar D. Miller, from the 400 block of S. Elmwood Avenue, in Waukegan, was arrested Wednesday at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, in Wadsworth, on accusations of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, no insurance and open transportation of alcohol. Miller's bond is set at 10 percent of $35,000, and the sheriff's office lists his court date as March 9.

Warrant arrest: Fatal hit and run
Isaias Morales, 41, from the 3200 block of Mondamin Avenue, in Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested Thursday in the 2100 block of Gabriel Avenue, in Zion, on a warrant out of Des Moines, IA, for fatal hit and run. Morales bond is set at 10 percent of $500,000, and he's also facing a fugitive from justice charge, according to the sheriff's office website. His court date is scheduled for March 13.
Domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, other offenses
Jason L. Carole, 34, from the 32500 block of N. West Lane, in unincorporated Grayslake, was arrested Friday at his home on accusations of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Carole's bond was set at 10 percent of $50,000, and his court date is listed as March 18.
Warrant arrest: Theft, retail theft (failure to appear)
Bobby W. McKimmy, 58, of the 100 block of Balsam Court, in Lake Villa, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant Friday at his home for theft and retail theft. McKimmy's bond is set at 10 percent of $250,000, and his court date is listed as March 4.
