The Lake Villa Police Department received a report on August 24 from a woman who visited Cozy Foot Massage, 895 East Grand Avenue in Lake Villa.
She said she was inappropriately touched by a male employee while receiving a massage, according to Lake Villa Police Department Lt. James DeCaro.

The male employee attempted to remove her clothing and touch the victim under her clothing.
DeCaro said the woman could only identify the employee as being of Asian descent who spoke little to no English and had a nametag that said βAlex.β
An investigation was launched and on Friday a second victim made a report to the police department about a similar incident and gave a similar description of the offender, DeCaro said.
Police responded to the business and a suspect matching the description attempted to run out the backdoor.
He was ultimately detained by police and taken to the police department for an interview.
Kim Li Bun, 45, who is an Indonesian native residing in Arlington Heights, told investigators he has worked at the business for about a month.
Bun admitted he has no formal training for massage therapy. DeCaro said Bun has no known criminal record in the United States.
Lake County Assistant Stateβs Attorney Emma Smoler said during a Tuesday bond hearing that Bun admitted to touching the vagina of both victims.
One of the victims was pregnant at the time of the offense, Smoler said.
Bun was charged with one count of aggravated battery, a Class 4 felony, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Lake County Jail and ordered held on a $100,000 bond.
Anyone who believes they may have been a victim of inappropriate conduct at the business is encouraged to contact the Lake Villa Police Department at 847-356-6106.
