GRAYSLAKE, IL — A student-run restaurant at the Brae Loch Golf Club has seen reservations booked up all summer as the College of Lake County considers adding more public times and hands-on programming.

Located at 33600 N. US Highway 45 in Grayslake, the remodeled restaurant at the golf course has been turned into a state-of-the-art learning lab for students in CLC's hospitality and culinary management program. The Prairie at Brae Loch currently only offers lunch reservations on Thursdays, according to the Daily Herald.

The restaurant is open every Thursday through July 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the eight-week summer session, students will be serving different American regional culinary specials each week including food from New York City, Louisiana, New England and more.
