Woman, 85, Killed In Crash Identified
The collision happened at about 9:20 a.m. at Route 120 and Sullivan Lake Road.
LAKEMOOR, IL — An elderly Lakemoor woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday morning in Lakemoor.
The collision happened at about 9:20 a.m. at Route 120 and Sullivan Lake Road, according to a news release from the Lake County Coroner's Office. The driver of one of the vehicles, an 85-year-old woman, was taken to Advocate Condell Medica Center where she was later pronounced dead.
The woman killed in the crash has been identified as Judith Wadas, 85, of Lakemoor, according to the coroner's office. The preliminary results from an autopsy show Wadas died from blunt injuries sustained in the collision.
