• WIC Benefits Remain Fully Available with New EBT Card and Expanded Hours in Henry Stark Marshall and Putnam Counties (regionalmedianews.com) — Families in Henry County can continue using WIC benefits with a new Illinois WIC EBT card and expanded hours through the local health department and First Choice Healthcare. In-person “face to face” appointments have fully resumed, but online applications are still accepted. Eligible Henry residents can get help with groceries like milk, formula, eggs, fruits, and vegetables by applying online or calling the health department.
