Diamond Bracelet Stolen from Sheridan Rd. Home
Two parkas were also stolen from a Central Ave. store.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Allison Rosenbaum, 41, of the 1300 block of Sunnyside Avenue in Highland Park, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass to property after police responded Sept. 22 to a report of a subject on the property in the 1700 block of St. Johns Avenue who had previously been served with a no trespass order. Rosenbaum was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Nov. 12 court date.

THEFT OF LOST PROPERTY
Cynthia Wortham, 63, of the 300 block of Adams Street in Elgin, was charged with theft after police investigated a report of a cell phone that was stolen after being lost at the beach in the 0-50 block of Park Avenue West. Wortham was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Nov. 12 court date.

BATTERY
Amar Hamili, 19, of the 2100 block of St. Johns Avenue in Highland Park, was charged with battery after police responded to a report of a physical dispute in the 700 block of Judson Avenue at 11 p.m. Sept. 24. Hamili was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Oct. 22 court date.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Francisco Molina, 23, of the 900 block of Hemlock Street in Deerfield, and Micah Simon, 21, of the 6500 block of N. Kimball Avenue in Lincolnwood, were charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a business in the 1400 block of Park Avenue West at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 26 for two men causing a disturbance during a refusal of sale. Simon was also charged with attempted possession of a controlled substance. Both were released on a personal recognizance bonds with Oct. 13 court dates.
FORGERY
Alia Askew, 31, of the 16800 block of Inverness Street in Detroit, MI was charged with forgery and two counts of unlawful possession of fictitious identification after police responded to the 1900 block of St. Johns Avenue for a report of a subject attempting to cash a fraudulent check Sept. 26. Askew was transported to bond court.
THEFT
A Macbook Pro was reported missing from an unlocked office drawer at a business in the 700 block of Park Avenue West sometime between Sept. 19 and 22.
RETAIL THEFT
Two Canada Goose brand women’s coats were found missing from inventory at a business in the 600 block of Central Avenue Sept. 22.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Someone broke the glass on a rear door, entered a home in the 500 block of Sheridan Road and stole a diamond bracelet sometime between 9:30 a.m. and noon Sept. 25.
BURGLARY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Someone entered an unlocked Toyota Prius was entered while parked in a driveway in the 1900 block of Beverly Place overnight Sept. 26 and stole approximately 30 wheat pennies and other miscellaneous change.
