District 112 Narrows Superintendent Choice

Interviews are being conducted with three finalists.

North Shore School District 112 has narrowed its list of finalists to replace retiring Superintendent David Behlow to three and could name a new person to head the District in January, according to a report in the Chicago Tribune.

Behlow announced his retirement in September and within two weeks had hired a search firm to help find his replacement. The company, School Exec Connect, is headed by former Township High School District 113 Superintendent Lynn Hanson.

Hanson’s firm has selected three candidates for final interviews which are going on now, according to the Tribune.
