Ellen Matsumoto a Highland Park resident since 1956 died Wednesday. She was 91.
Matsumoto was the beloved wife of the late Shig Matsumoto; loving mother of Beverly (the late Edward) DiDomenico; cherished grandmother of Steven (Aliza Steurer) DiDomenico and Major Lauren DiDomenico; adored great-grandmother of Edison Bec DiDomenico; and dear sister of Jun Kuyama.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park. Services and interment are private.
