HIGHLAND PARK, IL — For $230,000, you can spend a month in the massive Highland Park mansion once owned by NBA Hall of Famer Michael Jordan.

A listing on Realtor.com for the nine-bedroom, 19-bathroom gated home boasts “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” to spend time in a “sports lover’s sanctuary."

“Whether you're hosting an exclusive event, entertaining distinguished guests, or planning a high-level business retreat, this estate provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable month of luxury living,” the listing said.

The nearly 38,000-square-foot space at 2700 Point Lane sits on over 7 acres and has parking for 14 cars. The property also includes a regulation basketball court, putting green, tennis court, infinity pool, theater and wine cellar, among other amenities.

The rental listing comes after Lincolnshire real estate executive John Cooper bought the home last year for $9.5 million, branding it as “Champions Point,” and in January announced plans to turn it into a timeshare with bids starting at $1 million.
