Food & Baby Items Drive This Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM at Notre Dame Parish
Local residents encouraged to donate non-perishable food, diapers, and baby essentials to support families in need.
CLARENDON HILLS, IL — Notre Dame Parish and the IWS Family Health Clarendon Hills Chapter are partnering to host a Community Food & Baby Items Drive on Saturday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The collection will take place in the Notre Dame Parish parking lot, located at 64 Norfolk Avenue (at Chicago Ave & Norfolk) in Clarendon Hills.
The drive will support local families in need of nutritious food and essential infant care supplies. Organizers emphasize that even small contributions make a meaningful difference, especially as community demand continues to rise.
Most-needed donation items include:

- Canned vegetables, fruits, meats & beans
- Rice, pasta, instant oatmeal & low-sugar cereals
- Peanut butter, jelly & pasta sauce
- Cooking oil, coffee & granola bars
- Diapers (sizes 4, 5 & 6), diaper wipes
- Children’s ibuprofen (not infant), Vitamin D drops, probiotics
- Eucerin, Cetaphil & Aveeno ointments
- Thermometers and basic household staples

Perishable items and monetary donations cannot be accepted.
