Hinsdale Man With Missing Tire Now Facing DUI Charge: Cops
In another case, a Darien woman is accused of biting and spitting at hospital staff, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- A 55-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 300 block of Hampton Place was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Saturday on charges of DUI, driving with an unsafe tire and driving an uninsured car. Police said a witness reported the man was driving without a tire. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was given a court date and then released.
- A 22-year-old La Grange man was arrested shortly after midnight Wednesday at Ogden and First avenues on charges of DUI and improper lane use. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was given a court date and then released.
- A 35-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, improper lane use, speeding, wearing no seatbelt and improper turn signal. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was given a court date and then released.

- A 25-year-old Darien woman was arrested about 2 a.m. Wednesday at Hinsdale Hospital, 120 N. Oak St., on a battery charge. Hospital staff reported that the woman bit and spat at staff while they were performing their duties. She was given a court date and then released.
