Hinsdale Central's Connection To Super Bowl
This football player was a three-year starter at Central and earned all-state honors.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale has a major connection to the Super Bowl on Sunday — Hinsdale Central graduate Brian Allen, who plays for the Los Angeles Rams as a starting center.
A Hinsdale native, Allen was a three-year starter for Central under coach Rich Tarka and earned all-state honors. He was selected by the Rams in the fourth round (111th overall) in April 2018, according to the Rams' website. He played college football at Michigan State.
The Super Bowl between the Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals starts at 5:30 p.m.
