Man Hits Hinsdale Hospital Security Guard: Cops
In another case, a car window was shattered outside a local church, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Aggravated battery
- Greyson Grimm, 24, of Tinley Park, was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hinsdale hospital, 120 N. Oak St., on a felony aggravated battery charge. Police said he struck a security officer who was performing his duties. Grimm was released and given a date to appear in court. Patch has filed a public records request for the report.

- A passenger window was shattered between 7:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. March 24 at Hinsdale United Methodist United Church, 945 S. Garfield Ave.
Porch piracy
- A person was seen on surveillance video stealing a package from a porch about 1 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of South Madison Street. The case is pending.

- A resident in the 1400 block of Chanticleer Lane on Saturday reported fraudulent activity on his business' cryptocurrency account over the two previous months.
