Overnight Car Burglaries Spike in Hinsdale

Hinsdale, IL - Hinsdale police have received five reports of overnight car burglaries since Jan. 26.
The burglaries happened while the cars were unlocked and parked in residential driveways or on the street in front of a home, Hinsdale police report.

Police are asking residents to lock their cars and to hide valuables inside cars, such as purses, wallets and electronics.
