PNC Bank Robbed in Clarendon Hills

The robbery took place at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 5.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — A PNC Bank in Clarendon Hills was robbed at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 5 at 300 Holmes Avenue.

The robber is described as a black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, facial hair and wearing a checkered shirt, a black baseball hat and dark jeans, according to the FBI.

The FBI states the robbery was a takeover bank robbery, and the robber showed a weapon.

Anyone with information about this bank robbery is asked to call FBI Chicago at 312-421-6700. A reward is being offered for certain information that could help authorities.
