Developing Tomorrow's Athletes: Core1inc's Program Fosters Skills, Confidence, and Fun for Young Performers

Sawmill Sports Hub’s sports training partner, Core1 Inc., offers Youth Training Mode classes to prepare young athletes for the next level.
The Youth Performance Training program, for 8-11 year olds (3rd-5th grade), introduces foundational movement skills in a fun, high-energy environment. Kids develop coordination, strength, speed, and confidence. Whether new to sports or already active, this program provides the building blocks for long-term athletic success and injury prevention.
Program Focuses:
- Movement Fundamentals: Running, jumping, landing, agility, balance, and coordination.
- Speed & Agility Basics: Age-appropriate drills for body awareness and quickness.
- Strength Through Play: Bodyweight exercises and light resistance for foundational strength.
- Confidence & Fun: Positive coaching and engaging games.
Proper training at this age boosts coordination, reduces injury risk, and establishes healthy habits. Our goal is to equip young athletes with a strong athletic foundation for any sport they choose.

Program Details: Summer 2025 Offerings
The Youth Training Summer 2025 program runs from June 2nd to August 23rd (closed July 4th and 5th). Sessions are 45 minutes long, twice a week.

Please note: You cannot attend on back-to-back days.
The program is super flexible-join any time with a 6-session pass or drop-in option!
Youth Training Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM.
