Suspicious Person In Hinsdale Found With Suspected Cocaine: Police
In another case, a purse was stolen at a local business, Hinsdale police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Drug possession
- Police were called about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday to BP gas station, 149 E. Ogden Ave., about a person seen as suspicious. The person, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, was behind the wheel. The person had a baggy that contained a pill container and a substance that field-tested positive for cocaine. The suspect was released, pending the results of lab testing.
Theft

- Someone stole a purse containing a wallet and credit cards between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday at Adventist Cancer Institute, 1 Salt Creek Lane.
DUI
- A 26-year-old Indianapolis man was arrested about 12:30 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of West 55th Street on charges of DUI, speeding, improper turn, failure to signal when required, improper lane use and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver. He refused to test for his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
