Watch Downtown Hinsdale Building Being Demolished
Workers Tuesday morning were tearing down the building at 1st and Garfield, where the mixed-use Garfield Crossing development will be built.
Demolition on the building at the downtown Hinsdale corner of 1st and Garfield streets, the future site of the mixed-use Garfield Crossing development, was well underway when Patch took the above video Tuesday morning.
The developer told village officials the demolition phase of the construction project will be done before Thursday's first day of school at nearby Hinsdale Middle School.
