The academy donated musical instruments to the Lemont Public Library last year, and the model was so successful, they wanted to bring it to other libraries in the area.

“We’ve had a great relationship with the library since we’ve opened and regularly teach sing-along music classes," the business said. "After donating to the Lemont Library, we couldn’t wait for renovations in Homer to be complete so that we could donate. It’s clear there is a need for this service, and we’re so thrilled to have an opportunity for even more students to try out instruments using their library benefits.”

Individuals who may want to try out playing on their own without making the commitment of buying an instrument, can benefit from checking out an instrument by using their library card, according to the release.
