Free Health Screenings, Vaccines At Jewel For Lockport Township Residents
Lockport Township residents, regardless of age, can get these free services at three nearby Jewel Osco locations.
LOCKPORT, IL — Lockport Township has expanded its partnership with Jewel Osco to offer a range of free health screenings and vaccinations to all Lockport Township residents, according to the Township's fall newsletter.
Lockport Township residents, regardless of age, can get these free services at three Jewel Osco locations: 1537 N. Larkin Ave., in Joliet; 16625 W. 159th St., in Lockport; and 20 S. Weber Road in Romeoville.
You can schedule an appointment at the locations by calling the Lockport Township at 815-838-0380, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Township will cover any costs not covered by insurance.

Free screenings include: strep test, COVID test, pink eye services, migraine services, anti-nausea services, flu prophylaxis, epinephrine, A1c test, and more. Vaccines offers are: COVID-19, RSV, Tdap, Hepatitis B, pneumonia and Shingrix.
