Homer Glen Man Reported Missing: Police

The sheriff's office is seeking the public's assistance in locating Victor V. Salov, 36, who was reported missing on Aug. 5.

HOMER GLEN, IL — A 36-year-old man from Homer Glen has been reported missing, the Will County Sheriff’s Office said Friday. The sheriff's office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Victor V. Salov, who was reported missing from the home he shares with his parents in Homer Glen.

Victor is described as a white man, 6-foot 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes, long brown hair, and a long brown beard. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black jeans, the sheriff's office said.

Victor was last seen on July 15, when he was released from the hospital. He has not returned home since and was officially reported missing on Aug. 5, according to police.

Victor does not have a cell phone, bank accounts, credit/debit cards or social media accounts. He has no vehicle, no known associates, no current employment, and has a medical condition that places him in an endangered status, police said.
