HomerFest Continues Through Sunday In Homer Glen

HOMER GLEN, IL — Homer Glen's annual festival, HomerFest, kicked off Thursday, and will run through Sunday at Heritage Park, 14240 W. 151st St.

The fest will be open from 5 p.m. to midnight on Friday; noon to midnight on Saturday; and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday. The carnival operates the same hours.

The fest offers food trucks, live entertainment, a carnival and more.

Here's a look at the schedule for the rest of the fest:

June 28

• Special Needs Day, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
• Olivia Minogue, Contestant from "The Voice," 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• All American Throwbacks, 7 to 9 p.m.
• Semple Band, 9:30 to 11:30 p.m.

June 29

• Duncan, 3 to 4 p.m.
• Instant Recall, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• Buckle Band, 7 to 9 p.m.
• 7th Heaven, 9:30 to 11 p.m.

June 30

• The Music Company Polka, 3 to 5 p.m.
• Salute to the Soldiers, 4:45 p.m.
• Davenport Project, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Shake Baby Shake, Lance Lipinsky and the Lovettes, 9 to 10 p.m.
