Lockport Plans Open House For 2024 Projects

LOCKPORT, IL — The City of Lockport will host a public information open house on Tuesday to share its plans for 2024 roadway reconstruction and water main replacement projects.

The open house will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the Public Works and Engineering Facility, 17112 Prime Boulevard.

According to the City, the project will include replacing deteriorating water main, storm sewer, sidewalk, road and curb on 12th Street, from State to Garfield; Hamilton Street, from Eighth to 12th; Washington Street, from Ninth to 13th; and on Lincoln Street, from Ninth to Division.
