Lockport Township Man Charged With Child Porn Possession

During questioning by detectives, Fudala made incriminating statements and was then transported and booked into the Will County jail.

LOCKPORT, IL — A Lockport Township man has been charged with four felony counts related to the possession of child pornography, the Will County Sheriff's Office said.

Piotr Fudala, 31, has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography (Class 2 Felony), one count of possession of child pornography/photograph/victim Under 13 (Class 2 felony), and one count of possession of child pornography/film (Class 3 felony).

The sheriff's office said it was alerted to the case by the Lockport Police Department after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a result of the tip, detectives launched an investigation.

On May 15, Will County Sheriff's detectives executed a search warrant at Fudala’s home, where they recovered forensic evidence related to child pornography, the sheriff's office said. An arrest warrant was obtained on June 17.

During questioning by detectives, police say Fudala made incriminating statements and was then taken and booked into the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
