LTHS Girls Volleyball Advances To Super-Sectional

LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Township High School girls volleyball team has advanced to the super-sectional round of the IHSA Class 4A girls volleyball playoffs.

The Porters defeated Joliet West to capture the sectional championship, according to IHSA.

Now, Lockport will play Oak Park-River Forest at 7 p.m. on Monday at Hinsdale Central. The winner of that game will advance to the semi-finals and play the winner of Benet Academy vs. New Trier.

The volleyball state finals will be play on Nov. 15 at CEFCU Arena in Normal.
