LTHS Plans 10th Annual Veterans Night
The ceremony will be held Friday before the boys basketball game against Lincoln-Way West High School at LTHS East, 1333 E. Seventh St.
LOCKPORT, IL — Over 100 veterans are set to attend the 10th annual Veterans Night, which will be held at 5:45 p.m. Friday before the boys basketball game against Lincoln-Way West High School at LTHS East, 1333 E. Seventh St.
Veterans include one Korean War veterans and three World War II veterans, the district said.
All veterans are invited to attend this special evening free of charge for themselves and family members. Each veteran will received a boxed meal, a camo T-shirt and a card of gratitude from LTHS students, according to the District.

The JROTC will be provided by Constantine Tsoukatos, Lieutenant Colonel U.S. Airforce Retiree and JROTC Instructor at Lincoln-Way Central/West High School, according to the District. The event will include bagpipers and each Veteran will be introduced; the ceremony will run for approximately 30 minutes.
After the ceremony, veterans and their families or friends are welcome to enjoy the basketball game as guests of LTHS, as Lockport will play against Lincoln-Way West after the celebration, the District said.
