New Alderperson Appointed To Lockport City Council
Susan King was appointed to serve the unexpired term of former Alderman Patrick Sheehan.
LOCKPORT, IL — At the City Council meeting on Wednesday, new Ward 1 alderperson Susan King was appointed to serve an unexpired term of office until 2025.
King was appointed to serve the unexpired term of former Alderman Patrick Sheehan. Sheehan was sworn in as the State Representative for the 37th District in April.
Board documents state that King is a life-long Lockport resident, and a very active member of the community.
